SC14 or SC12 Supercharger

Hi guys
On trademe at the moment, there is an SC14 supercharger, with a mount to fit an SR20DE, and also an SC12 supercharger, no mount. I intend to fit one of these onto my S13 Silvia, and i was wondering which would be the best bet. I understand that i will need to get bigger injectors, a different MAF, new ECU ect, ect, and i have that sorted, i am just not sure which supercharger would be the best. Its just a street car, maybe the occasional track day, looking to run ~8 pounds. I have done a lot of research on the internets, and have come up with a lot of conflicting information, i know that the SC12 came out of the 4A-GZE, and the SC14 came out of the 1G-GZE and the 2TZ-ZFE, just wondering which would be the best for my application
