OK, I presume it has the ZZ engine in it?
Did a quick look into it from our info at work.
that code number reads as
Camshaft Position (CMP) actuator system - malfunction.
Possible Faults, CMP actuator, ECM, Valve Timing.
Check the resistance of thye Cam Timing Valve/solenoid.
should be about 6.9 to 7.9 ohms at 20 deg c.
Also, you can apply 12v and earth to the solenoid and according to the info the engine note should change.
Make sure you do this with it unplugged as the diagram show both pins goto the ECU, unlike the 20V 4AGE where one is ign powered.
Also check the actual Cam Timing is correct.
Had it had a cambelt?
With the scan tool you should be able to get live data out of it and see the
Camshaft Aim Position or requested position
and the
Camshaft Actual position,
and you should see the actual position move to try and follow the Aim.
Basically the ECU is trying to change the cam timing to be at a specific point,
and the Camshaft sensor is saying the camshaft is in a different position.
Going to be hard to diagnose and repair over the net.
