Can someone with a caldina GT help me please?

I need chassis and frame numbers from a caldina GT wagon, so I can order some bits from Warwick.

If someone could PM me this info from their car, that would be great.

Please note that I'm not referring to the GTT with 3SGTE, I'm talking about the beams engine 3SGE Caldina GT.
