Tilt sensor

I've just had a avs s5 alarm installed seems to go ok but when you rock the car or jump on the towbaro make it go up and down it does nothing, is this right or should i take it back to get looked at, on the description it said it had tilt and glass break sensor so i hope i havent been ripped off!

there is a sentivity adjustment on the brain but failing that there not very sentsitive to getting shaken well mine isent any way

Jack up your car and take a wheel off, if you can....then it's not working

Yeah I think the tilt sensor only works when the cars at a certain degree, if your car is being towed etc...

Tilt sensors set to 0 degrees when you arm them. The car has to be tilted approx. 3 degrees in any direction to set it off. Rockig wont work, it has to be tilted then held there to stop false alarming.
