AW11 Rear discs prices

Postby Adamal » Thu Jan 18, 2007 12:57 pm

Just wondering what sort of prices people have paid for rear discs on an AW11 N/A before.

Yesterday, I went to a Toyota dealership and all up, for 2 discs and a set of pads was going to be around $350 if they were the smaller ones or $380 if they were the larger ones.

Thought I'd go check out Repco and they wanted $180 EACH for the smaller ones or $220 EACH for the larger!

It sounds like a load of bollocks to me!
Motorsport is like sex. You could take it to track and have a long, enjoyable session, or you could take it to the strip and get it over with in less than 20 seconds.

Try tradeparts - cheapest I have found for brake parts. Front discs for my aw were ~$60 each, pads ~$40

If you still have no luck, and Revhead's prices still don't suit you. Give me a PM, i get a massive discount through BNT.

Just need the year of the vehicle and size of the rotors.

Cheers for the help guys (Except SK :P). I've been told to give trade parts a try. I might actually just look at getting mine skimmed. I'll see how bad they are! Might just need pads :)
