not really - event is normally around March/April and as a soundoff event organiser i need to talk with the event organiser to see if the soundoff will be part of the show and shine..

give me some info people.. Kapiti District Council site has no information, Air2There has no info, I heard that the guy from wellymodcars was doing something with it and that site is down..

so really its a question of whether the event is on or not.. to me it sounds like it is off..

Hey just spoke to him he said he is not organising it this year and your best bet would be to ring the kapiti district council and speak to the road safety councillor...

i'm guessing you mean the house that has about seven cars parked outside it? lol you must own the white subaru then..

didnt' think he was organising this year.

i'll contact KDC and see what the deal is.

lol - no - i visit in a white GT4 or the toyota prado and yes, they have entirely too many cars and projects..

- honda on lawn is friend who was suppose to get stuff certed out in hutt but has conveniently forgetten where his car is

- the white subbie you talk about is a member of playaz-inc who is doing some door pod work with the other subbie owner there (who incidently only owns one car out of that whole lot)

- the skyline owners project is the rover tomcat

- the passet owners project is the vw golf

- the black celica is owned by a friend of the passet owner

- the holden that used to be there belonged to a friend of the skyline owner

- the white van is the work van of the skyline owner..

i think that covers it.. they are car mad - nuff said.

Hello

Postby Air2there » Fri Jan 26, 2007 2:51 pm

Hi all,

Tis true...I am not organising air2there any longer. Really just a case of not having enough time to commit to it.

If anyone else would like to get involved, I suggest contacting the Kapiti Coast District Council's - Road Safety Co-ordinator. They are very keen to keep it going, from what I know.

DeeCee, pop around sometime and say Hi - i'm # 105. I thought you might have had something to do with that house, just too many Car projects and it's such a small world.

YEah it was bloody good fun.
haha i only got 2 races in with the car before it shat itself...
b16a civic put up against the white GTR and one of the massive old school dodge charger looking things (can't think what they actually were at the moment).
Makes me wonder if that scared the car enough for the motor to shit itself to save face
