torque settings for 4age 20v silvertop block

ive changed the piston rings and i need the torque settings for
the mains and big ends and the head bolts on the 20v sivertop block and head.
anyone please help! im at a dead end putting this engine together help!

is the blacktop specs torque settings the same as silvertop
