D1NZ round 1 and Racing at Levels

Postby fangsport » Sat Jan 27, 2007 6:41 pm

For those of you who were to much of a sad sack to come down, haha friggen haha. was a mint day with plenty of action in most fields.

a deal was done between a certain TS drifter and a certain TE71 owner and good skids were performed. unfortunately in the top 16 battles the TE driver had to wait for the chase car to catch up, and ended up entering the judged area too slow and had a wee spin essentially eliminating himself, which was very unfortunate, as the TE driver was really coming to grips with the track and was showing the crowds that 100hp at the fly is still capable of pulling bigger angles than the huge HP nissans.

Will Cook had oil feed leakage all day , resulting in small fire, but will be back on track to keep the Toyota name proud.

Matt dunn had a gasket issue this morning but was able to get back on track. appeared to have light frontal damage at end of day, but i'm sure he will fill in the details as i don't know what happened.

moral of the story, get your arse out there tomorrow to see some of the best on-track action this summer.

who just watched TV1 sport??

due to it's sudden rise in fame, the mighty Levin has just doubled in both value and hireage fee.

$500 to own, and a 24 pack to hire!!!

yeah, sorry Matt. now that it's famous (read notorious) a jug of Speights for hireage and one jug for beating my times don't cut it anymore  might have to enter Race to the sky, we'll market value leasing after that!!!!!
