sw20 build plate location

Can anyone tell me where this is? I have had a damn good look everywhere that I can think of in a mates MR2, and cant find it, its a 91 SW20 MR2 GT if it matters

aren't they under the bonnet at the front?
Behind the plastic panel,
or maybe they are in the front of the bonnet compartment facing the rear.
Did find it a while ago on one but cannot 100% remember
