oil feed size for a td05?

i have a td05 off a subaru

it didnt come with the oil feed line

does anyone know what size restrictor on the oil feed line i should run?

its going on a 4agze engine

i intend on putting a t piece between to block and the oil pressure sensor

any knowledge gladly absorbed

I used -3 supply line with 19mm return with a t3/4.

ran the feed line straight from the block to a tee mounted on the chassis rail, then to the turbo.

Bronze tees supposidly crack from heat if screwed straight into the block, thats why I mounted it remotely.

make sure you keep the return high!

Its an american standard of measuring hoses etc, i think they only use it with earls fittings etc because everything else like fuel, heater hosing is in imperial/metric sizing

this is -3 I used on mine to give you a rough idea....

From the "t" and to the turbo?

I ran a straight fitting from the tee then a 90deg elbow into the turbo flange, to suit -3 lines, I got enzed to make them up,..... its easier

-3 is the usual for ball bearing. -4 for plain bearing is ok. about 2mm.
