i have had much success with re-bushing Navaras and Hilux's , as due to their type of use, the pins wear out very quickly, and the factory re-bush kits are very expensive
e-mail or PM a photo of the hinge, and i'll see if it can be re-done in the same fashion.
I've been a bad bad boy. I should read the rules and behave before I get spanked by an admin

f#@k you i won't do what ya tell me

I've had an engineering shop make up new bushes for door hinges before.

a basic way to fix, which lasts.
Buy a coupple (or may just need one) drill bits, larger then current hinge pin. Drill through (dead straight), angle grind off cutting part of drill bit, put a washer top and bottom and a spot of weld to hold. clean up, paint, done. works fine.
otherwise, if length to long for drill bit, get some steel rod & drill bit correct size, use rod as above with cut and weld.
Ive done that several times over the years with no issues, looks fine and cheap as chips.

oh, and grease it also once painted.
Cant believe im still a member here.

If you gimme your full chassis code I can try and get some new ones for you. Should only be about $40+GST each. According to my TNZ system they are coming up discontinued, but most of the time thats not the case.
