87 hiace highbeams not working?

fuse is fine, the lights are sealed so unable to check bulbs etc...

any other ways to check? both of them don't work on highbeam but both work on low beam?

any help is good help?

Checked relays?

real common in Navaras of same vintage

check the switch contacts and the relays, we had trouble with same thing on a hiace, and aldo check for power at relay blocks, and plug where it goes into the headlight unit

you should be able to get one from the wreckers anything from $50-100, easy as replacement, but do it yourself rather then pay someone $$$ in labour! take the covers off the steering column and unplug the connetor blocks attached to the h/l indicator stalk (should be a couple, or 1 big one). if your lucky you will be able to unscrew it without taking your steeringwheel off, if you do be sure to mark it out before removing it!!!! lol or u'll be steering wonky and they can be fiddly to re-center!
