18r miss firing

toyota 18r is randomly miss firing when driving down the road (note: not missing when car is turned off)

no apparent pattern. just, misses. under power, cruising, up hill, down hill,

gave the diz rotor a light sand. no help. checked cap, bit white on the contact points. brand new leads. plugs = all good. sprayed remains of can of carb cleaner down the carb throat.

anything else i could try?

Check that the Intake manifold is bolted up tight?

i got the exact problem with my 18r engine in my ute does big as backfires( very shameful) but i had a ramflow ontop of my carby and it back fired and burnt a massive hole in the filter if u have found your problem can you please let me know whats causing it?

im gessing condencer is on its way out

any signs of tracking arround the coil or cap??

is the coil clean

is the coil over heating??
