And thats' a LOT of kms.. everything other than the engine will be worn out anyway, so once you've replaced everything that needs replacing, AND wired up the engine, you'd be looking at the purchase price again anyway.

Still a big pig. and a stock 89 SL500 still has more claimed power than a lexus (322hp)
total waste of time
only way i could possibly see it being worth buying would if it it had a R154.
