What are you planing on painting firstly ?
Some parts could be done provided they are not exposed to excessive heat. If the parts / area being painted are exposed to heat then one possibility would be to look at using a standard paint with a clear of the VHT, providing its available over the top, its a long shot but is a possibility.
With any painting the key to a good finish is a dam good foundation to start with, so preparation is key & in my books no corner should be cut when this is done.

go into total body shop, or premiere paints on parliment street. they will mix an engine enamel to what ever color you want. including baby pink

Yeah, even on the exh side they dont really get that hot.

you'll be fine with "standard" type paints....but the end result will only be as good as your prep
