ae111 fuse box location

im looking for another fuse box, not the one in the engine bay, does it exist? the brake lights dont go so i assume its fuse related?

there is a pocket to the right and down from the steering wheel, pull that out and fuses are in there

not my car but no, just had tints installed and they messed with the high stop, something seems to be shorting and blowin the fuse
