1MZ-FE into hilux

Hey guys, my cousin has been offered this conversion of a 1MZ-FE V6 into his hilux, with cert and all for $2000.. comments?

Go 2JZGE instead. Similar cost, more power to start with, more potential, less.... camry motor.

is that a 2wd or 4wd hilux? i put 2jzge into both, 2wd is eay, but 4wd needs custom sump or body raise of 3"(this is what i did), manual or auto? if manual, youll need a fly and all that, unless you find an engine complete, andthen an adaptor plate or genuine/copied/cast bell. also no mods to the firewall or anything are needed.
but 2k is really good, including cert
