Having a few issues with my Kp61 and the modifications im doing.
Basicly my problem is outlined here

What i was wondering is can you get rack ends with longer threaded bits for more adjustment?

Also what is an accurate way of measuring camber and castor as i don't want ta tow my shell wit engine all the way into town to get an alignment which will involve me waiting till they get the wheels in the right place and then welding it up(Ie super not practical)

TT132? Coronas have a double-ended threaded tube between the rack end and the tie-rod.
alternatively, heaps of FWD/IRS cars have rear toe adjustment, it would be a case of finding one with the right thread size and pitch (IE Toyota) and using that

Sorta more worried about the ball that fits in the rack end as theyre likely to be different sizes. Although maybe i could find a tie rod with the same size and pitch and balljoint taper thats longer too.
hopefully shortening the control arms means i dontt have to change any thing but i cant tell yet

the rack end stays where it is, you just need to replace the section between that and the steering arm on the hub.
alternatively, get a section of tubing threaded to suit the rack end thread pitch (12x1.25?) and KE25? ball joint. if i knew where my TE71 was hiding, i would get photos of the set-up, as i needed for the same ppurpose. i wouldn't recommend shortening the TCA, unless you make it aadjustable , or get it exactly equal on all accounts as the other side.

rack end = part that screws into the rack body
tie rod end = the part with the ball joint on it that connects to the steering arm.

try measuring things so you know what you need, then asking ya friendly local repco or BNT guy.
i know for my application i need to swap the ke70 rackends for townace ones (forget the model)

a case of measure and match i reckon
