yeah but you'll just beat everyone john :P been to the other two (03 and 04) so should make an effort to come to this one as well. will try and twist dads arm if his mk4 is still going by then as well, but i don't think he'd be interested in the drags side of things as much.

I have a supra but its still In australia - might come along for a looksee at the Mk 2's and see what talent crops up here

Outside of that - My Group A shares the same brake pads as a supra , thats about as close as i have to supraness atm , Oh and my rear wing MAY be bigger - not sure ;)

Hi guys

we have been enquiring about the use of champion drag way.
looking at $1200 plus gst for basic timing set up.

$750 if we want to run lower than 13s, they said they may let some 12s go without, but id say to be on the safe side it would be best to get them there.

There is also the full timing set up which can be done at $3500, but id say we will be better off running the cheaper option so there will be less chance of someone having to fit the bill on their own. (unless we can get sponsorship)

what are peoples feelings on this?

cheers

So is the track-day not going to happen at this event????I think this is a mistake really the drag racing thing has been done.I no that you are trying to model the event on the Supras Invade Vegas format but please oh please can we be different. We have'nt done a track-day yet and I think we as a Supra community are overdue. As for the Grasskhana I'm sure we can do better than that surely...

Trackdays are another kettle of fish.
Id prefer a drag day, more time to hang around and talk shit, rather than having everyone on the track etc.
