turbo engines ideas

hey i was talkin to my mate bout what im going to do wen i do a transplant in my ke30
he sed that if i should copleatly rebuld a 3k/4k and turbo that and it would go harder then sumthing bigger (like a 7k turbo) he sed sumthing to do with it being a lighter engin and it would be better then sumthing bigger because if they are both running the same psi it would have more affect on the 3/4k
i can see some of the logic behind this but is it true in practis??

Your mate is a tool. A bigger engine will always make more power with the same kind of setup.

i havint got any finail ideas on engin yet im just looking round fore ideas at this stage its not going to happin till january at the erlyest but yea

Actually maybe one of those supposed self adjusting ring spanner jobbies that are supposed to work on every size within a certain range but never do
