For the size your after, You should be able to get the Dunlop Direzza DZ101's for roughly $150 per tire, I put them on after the FM901's went out of production and they are the best all round tire I've driven on, more than happy with the performance.
Wear is good, Grip is exceptional wet or dry, but the only downside that I've found is that most shops want to charge you $200 per tire for them and they are a little noisy on the road

I just went in to a tire shop with $600 and said I have this money, I want those tires, A little while later I had them on my car.

I've heard the Good year GD013 or whatever they are called are good tires but I can't comment as I 've never used them

I was interested in dirreza dz101's but mag & turbo wanted $209 a tyre, which i thought was a bit steep.

Anyone got any hook ups? or know someone who would be keen to do a decent deal.

lol yeah i looked on the federal US website & they call the SS595's dirt spec or something simliar, it goes on about how good they are for drifting

Agreed, i ended up paying about $179 a tyre for direzza's (got a good deal), and that was for 16's, which all 16's seem to be stupidly priced.

shop around..

Try Beurepairs betwwen the 2 one ways and curzon mag and tyre and make sure that you mention that you are getting prices from other places as that get you a good price instead of full retail.

Chris.

Midway can also be used to get a good price to go bargining with.

I've had three sets of Goodyear GSD3s now.
They're a damn good tyre.
I had them on my BZ-G Trueno, 205/45R16 and have a set for my AE92 FXGT now too, 15 inch though.

My mate has them on his Civic with 17s. In all cases they have performed extremely well.
