Noisy Tein Shocks

Postby Bumpy » Wed May 16, 2007 9:02 pm

Just found a website and apparently Tein Shock absorbers are noisy, knocking sounds when going over bumps.

Any comments?

After putting Tein's in my Skyline, it creeked a little.. But I think that's more other parts, because of it being lower.

Had my Tein adjusties in there for over a year now, no issues or noises

The ones in my car don't make any unusual noises (type flex), I think you need to look at the type of car in the link you gave , I suspect they are more picky than most , as I said , mine are fine and have been for the last 8 months

"Understeer" is when you hit the fence with the front of the car.
"Oversteer" is when you hit the fence with the rear of the car.
"Horsepower" is how fast you hit the fence.
"Torque" is how far you take the fence with you.

I think it might even be just the Damper adjustable type like I have.
