Thar car is any thing but ugly 8O

We used to have one of them, (well, a ta63 at least) it was just a dirt track car though, seems like such a waste after seeing that :oops:

imagine the price tag. im thinking in the hundreds of thousands, the workshop probly charges a bob for their expertise too.

With that kind of quality, I think they could charge what ever they like and people would pay.

If only I could afford to send my car over there, although if I did, I'd never drive it again for fear of wreaking it :oops:

the model a was crack up the alloys finished in wood vinear(spelt wrong) and fuel system hidden and all the wiring

does any one have any technical details on the car?

i think the engine is a 4tgte

it looks like the drysump pump drive is an integral part of the front cover assembly and is gear driven.

what is the fuel delivery system?
i cant see any injectors after the throttle body just the small manifold for the map sensor.
maybe draw-through carb under the airbox?

gearbox looks interesting too, steel bellhousing/casings with aluminium sandwich plates

definitly not carbed

in pic 302 you can see what looks to me like a fuel line going to the manifold
in pic 133 you can see it again
looks like fuel going to two spots, so maybe 8 injectors?
4 after the butterflys, and 4 before

maybe the epc will show me :D

WOW!!!!! i didnt know there were rustier cars than mine hahaha. that shows that anything is possible!

its: TRSCAR
now ring ya local dealer and ask for a price on that

Wow, totally amazing.

You'd wonder who let the car get to that state in the beginning and where it was found!! Under a tree perhaps??

Anyone got any spare Group B cars in their back yards we can have a go at this to? :lol:

They didn't seem so keen to tell me... I'm guessing that I wasn't the first to ring.

pic 150 and 151 are a nice contrast to each other.

pic 179 shows the exhaust... is that just an ever widening tube?

I take it that having the wastegate mounted between two flexy's (pic 231) is just for fitment?

'8O' That is an unbelievable amount of work... I don't even want to think about the cost!

The engine got my attention though... I remember seeing an engine like this in a Toyota tuning book from the US. This looks awesome!

Pretty sure they're discontinued now.
We sold a few over the years. About $300 for the tacho & $100 for the gauges if I remember correctly.

yeah the only guages TRD do know are the sports link system
which is basicly a DEFI set up
look very cool! though would be out of place in that car.

have to a couple of million $ of restoration there.

On that note, I still havent tracked down the older EPC disks that I knew were around somewhere! Ill have another look
