Done at last winter wars.

Stock AE82 FXGT.
Apparently 960kg + Me 105kg :oops:

17.0 sec @126km/h.
Deanis worked it out on a HP calculator and worked out to be about 83 HP at wheels hehehe. Go the rolla.

ps, You don't have to add that to your list if you don't want too.

14.1 @ 165kph at winter drag wars a few years ago, Skyline R33 GTS25t with 183kw @ rears at the time.

Weight is 1370kg + 85 + a bit more = ~1460kg? :)

AE101, 180 000km old unopened engine (4AGE 20V Silvertop). Airbox removed and replaced with pod, large aftermarket extractors, 2 1/2 inch strait thru exhaust with single turboflow muffler. Standard computer. Road tyres, rims...195/60R14
non LSD standard ratio gearbox (158km/h in third), preformance clutch
1025kg with 75kg me =1100kg

dyno 87.5kW@8000
before extractors 78kW@8000

1/4 mile, 15.881 @ 89mph, Run with dirty pod (cost 3.5kW)
before extractors 16.167 @ 142km.

be back with a faster time, as drags have to be consistent
Oh, Reation time .5sec. perfect time is .4 sec
the time starts when the green light goes, sit there for a reaction time of .7, and the car is .3sec slower than it can realy go.

The reaction time has nothing to do with the ET. You can sit at the tree for 10 seconds and then do your run and you'd still get the same ET.

Well all proper drag meets start timing when you cross the start beam. If you didn't, the chaser in DYO would never get realistic times.

Not on any NHRA meet I've ever watched, time starts when they cross the beam.

I've lost count of the number of times I've seen a lower ET lose the race cause they were too slow off the mark.

As far as NHRA are concerned - and all other drag racing entities I am aware of:

Elapsed Time: the time it takes a vehicle to travel from the starting line to the finish line. Also called e.t.

You do strive to go for the fastest time to the finish line however, but your ET (what you use for bragging rights) has nothing to do with reaction time.
