AE92 Fuel pump

Postby Barks » Mon May 28, 2007 4:05 pm

Has anyone here upgraded the fuel pump in their AE92? I need to change mine and I need to know if the inlet and outlet are in-line or offset so I buy the right one.

I'm buying a new walbro 500HP - needs to be good and reliable and flow a ton of fuel, but there's two types, one where the inlet and outlet are in line top and bottom, and one where they're on opposite sides....

If i'm spending a few hundred bucks on a fuel pump I wanna get it right!

I bought one off trademe and the person selling "nicolb" I think it was, said that they knew a couple of people who had fitted them and suggested the exact type/model.

Pretty sure the other turbo ae92 guys on here run them too.

EDIT: I mean bazda and ih8tec, I haven't fitted mine yet...too busy getting other stuff sorted.
