help sw20 wiring problem

ive just been installing my gen 2 engine and loom into my gen 1 and have found that there is is a plug in the boot beside the ecu that goes from the engine loom to the body loom and the plugs dont match up. I dont know what any of the wires do and dont if any colours corospond to any parts can someone please help a genga in need.
P.S. I have gen 2 body loom but im not guna put that into the car

Just fit the gen 2 body loom man, dont be lazy!

It's easy enough to do. It all plugs in at the passenger side foot panel thingy.

I've got a gen 5 engine+body loom in my gen 1, and all of 3 or 4 wires needed to be shifted around....

so does the body loom only run from the boot to the passenger side foot thingy? what do you mean by shifting round the wires?
