any one have done 7mgte conversion? help out.

doing 7mgte conversion at the moment. got screwed up with the fuel pump relay and circuit opening relay. have done all the wires which need wire up for activated the fuel pump. when i test the fuel pump, there is no fuel return noise.no power coming through the fuel relay. anyone got ideas?i thought might ask you guys first to see if someone can help out. cheers.

is this in to your MA61?

if so have you bridged out the 2 pins that are on the dash loom plug witch go to the AFM witch turn on the fuel pump as well

you have 1 wire witch take power from the key/ECU witch turns the pump on with the key the 2 more wires that sensour when air is accually flowing witch switch the 2nd signal to the relay it needs both signals 2 go
The faster you go the quicker you get there

no, its not going to ma61, its going to ma70 which the fuel pump runs after the EFI main relay, circuit opening relay and fuel pump relay. they are controlled by opening circuit relay not by the AFM. when i bridge up the FC and +B, there is no fuel return noise which normally it should do. and tested and found there is no power coming through the fuel pump relay. still trying to sorted out.

oh ok then you sound like you have anuf of an idear what you doing any way so all i can probly say is do you need digrams for the relays or have you got that all sorted

other wise it sounds like 1 of these you need to see it to fix it things

i dont know witch loom your meaning but heres a start for you

5M (early) ground left pin when clip faceing you on the pump check port or connect both pins together if motor running

5M late ground in dagnastoics port

7M add 12v+ to th FP connector on check connector to check pump or 2 check relays EFI relay must be closed circuirt opening relay must be closed pins 1-2 (ground pin 4 (green wire) to achive this) & fuel pump control relay must be closed connecting 1-4 (ground pin 3 (green wire red stripe yellow bands) to achive this)

is that what your after?

not quite sure if this is what i m after but it sounds. will give a bit go to see what happen.
