Yeah I was up at 1am to hear the start of the race. Dumb Peugeot on pole went straight into the gravel on the first corner! But at least he was back up to 3rd by the end of the lap.

I've been searching everywhere for a live stream. Will post a link if I find anything

That was definitely worth not studying for my exams!

That last remaining Audi was just too good. Peugeot 2nd, Pescarolo 3rd.

The DBR9 was lucky to beat the Corvette in GT1. If it wasn't for the safety car, it would've been a win for the Corvette

damn having work..... i had to go to bed!!

well done audi (again!!!)

i dont think the corvette wouldv caught the aston, finished a lap behind and the aston was pacing itself just right, if the corvette got closer, theyd have jus tspeed up, and the aston is faster than the vette.

next year im taking the monday off work so i can watch the end!!

Think I just failed my exam this morning because of watchin it all Sunday afternoon till the end :x But I think it was worth it. And I'll do it all again next year.

I reckon the corvette could've done it, because it was the only car still driving competitively in the rain with an hour to go. It was catching the Aston at average 30s a lap! I would've easily unlapped itself and gotten very close without that safety car. Even the Aston pit crew were writing up signs pleading for the safety car  They were worried.

i have to disagree there, i say aston had the pace needed worked out, and if the corvette got on the same lap, i bet a large amount the aston wouldve picke dup the pace
and its one thing to catch up, and another to get past

rumour has it aston is looking at a prototype in 2010 :D
