Hey, just being talking to a few mates.

As my car's VVT (silvertop)
Would i have to get a LINK Plus ECU to run it properly?
Or could i just use a noarmal LEM ECU?

Thanks.

LEMG3
*Lots of spare "in & out" wires to give you the flexibility you need for fans, pumps, switches, lights etc

Also what is best revs throttle etc to set vvt to with an aftermarket ecu?

A lem will do the job... just get a nice tune. you can use rpm or tps to trigger it, G3's prolly have more advanced options over its outputs also.

I have vvt on from 1800-6200rpm...
what do you other guys use?

its only go one digital input, as i've found out, but lots of outputs, otherwise i'd be running a speed sensor AND clutch switch

g3 will run quad throttles way better than an old link. if tuned right. you'l only need a lem not link plus

Yeah, thats about the only downside on mine too.
I'd sacrifice one of the outputs for another digital input.

But even the really old V3 LEM link's that were made in the 1990's can run VVT.

same thing here. i needed 2 inputs for my variable runner setup. ended up using the intake temp sensor input, for the second one.
