underbody of ke30

does anybody know if ke30's came out of the factory with a painted underbody? my one has too much mud/surface rust too tell. I'm going to get it sandblasted and undersealed, but am unsure whether to paint over the top in the body colour.

I know the bits under the guards were definately painted in the colour of the car but am unsure about the rest of the underbody.

reason i ask is that I am trying to get my ke30 to as close as possible original condition - how they were when they rolled off the production line in thames.

any help would be greatly appreciated!
