i was just looking at this . http://www.trademe.co.nz/Trade-Me-Motor ... 73.htm?p=2 and was wondering how well it would go if it had the turbo motor in it and if it would bolt to the 4wd gearbox it has the same non turbo motor as the fwd starlet

I've heard the 4wd system isn't the strongest in them, so boost= bang maybe?

yeah i was thinking that the 4wd would be a bit weak but i guess anything is upgradable it just comes down to is it worth it in the end.

depending how its setup, and how much cash you wanna spend, could always modify some IFS surf front diffs to fit in, would be able to handle a fair bit of abuse too lol

one of the auckland boys (glen i think?) modified a 4wd ae90 shape rola to take st185 3sgte and running gear. thats another option? bellhousing adaptor to suit 4efte and a few custom mounts and your still in for a lot of work lol

i rekon do it, maybe might be o.k? most toyota stuff is built fairly strong so i rekon give it ago, even in factory trim shell be as fun little beast!

Least you can go upgrading shit as it breaks or whateva,shell be mean!
