who can get 3" alloy pipe

hi guys im looking for 3" alloy pipe to fit my pod filter to my car, who can get or has about 30-60cm of this stuff? or who knows how/where i can buy some, i already tried some places but they will only sell 1meter lengths and i dont need that much,
