Greddy Emanage VS Link.

Postby Zyros » Tue Sep 04, 2007 9:02 pm

Just looking on trademe at ecu's for my 4agte setup which is alomost complete, wanting a computer to run it..

What's really the difference between a Link and the greddy e-manage systems?

Would one produce more power, torque, reliability than the other?

emanage is ok for mild modifications, but its only a piggyback ecu.
for any decent mods go for a link

And ecu does not make power or reliability, the tune and the condition of the install does.

Sorry, lol

Yes.

the link is a stand alone system so you can configure and tune it the run what ever you want.

The other appears to be a piggyback, so just changes the in's and out's of the std ecu, so you still need a std ECU wired in and working,
and you will be limited to how far you can adjust things.
