AE111 Superstrut Knocking

Finally got around to replacing the lower arm tonight... the original one was totally seized on - took many hits to get it off.

Both ball joints in it were totally stuffed, leaking grease everywhere, you could move it with your finger

No more squeeking noise! what a relief after almost 3-4 months...

i've noticed my ae111 has started to squell when i turn left gently. is this a symptom of my superstrut being worn out? sounds alot like brake squell. Is this anything i should i look out for when i check? thanks

mine squeelled when i went over bumps.
look under the car for those elbow bits i circled - mine were leaking quite bad, you couldn't miss them

i think the left ones need doing as well. went for a WOF and they picked up the play in the left side...

it was the middle joint in the longer lower arm that caused the noise in my car (i circled it in blue)
