Front Spoiler on TradeMe

Now i realise a few people have seen this one...

But i don;t quite understand - is this meant to attach to the original front spoiler or does it replace it? Sounds like a stupid question I know but the way he has worded it gives me that impression and i wasnt able to get a straight answer out of him in previous auctions.

Thoughts?

I think it would look good, but my arse it's not damaged- clear denting around the license plate on the top right! :D

My impression was it was just the lower half of the bumper in that picture, you can clearly see the two different parts and it's basically an overgrown lip kit.
