First of the Month Cruise - 7th October

Right lets fire this backup, First saturday of the month cruise.

Meet at 1pm at Bastion Point

As allways im sure we will be entertained by the locals ( anyone else remember the Burnout, then cop chase in a ford F150 pickup? ), But we cant total rely on that So.

Were going old school here people, Bethals Beach!!

Departing at 1:30 SHARP, this does NOT mean arrive at 1:27 then mention you need to stop on the way out for gas!! Come Prepared.

The plan is to spend the day at the beach then back again? If so im keen. Will just need to confirm date 8)

Will be good to bring the SW20 out 8) :D

first sat is 6th october which is sk's bbq day. i reckon we meet earlier, have our little cruise jig, play in the sand and make sandcastles with my little plastic spade, then rock on over to sk's for a feed and drinks and so on (2pm is it?).

Ah ok, right... two or three options.

1) Start in november.
2) Do it prior to SKs.
3) Do cruises on Sundays as apposed to Saturdays.

I got a long enough drive the night of SK's without getting up in the morning.

Cliff I think it's a very good idea starting these up again, but I think it'll be a bit tight trying to rope it in before the BBQ or in the same weekend.

I will be a bit tight personally this month with MM coming along and everything else happening along with trying to get the car finished.

I think if you set a date now for the first weekend of November so people can keep that open it will be good, then it gives you all month to plan a decent cruise out somewhere as people will already have the date booked off. :wink:
