** Toyspeed Legend Award **

Hi Everyone

It’s that time again where we vote for our legend.

The Toyspeed Legend is an award given to the one person who we feel has contributed significantly to Toyspeed and is an example of a true ‘car enthusiast’.

If you have someone you admire for their contribution, their achievements and their general all round ‘legend’ status in your area or nationally then nominate them to be our new Toyspeed Legend. Anyone is able to be nominated if they are a part of Toyspeed; so nominate someone with the reason why you believe they are worthy and we’ll put them forward to the ‘people’ for voting.

Please email your nomination to legend@toyspeed.org.nz with the word ‘nomination’ in the title. Only one nomination person please. Nominations will be open until the Thursday 11 October ‘07 and then from the 12 October ’07 the voting will start finishing on 18 October ’07. Voting will be via email as with the nominations, with the award being announced and presented at the Toyspeed Mega-meet over labour weekend.

I have several nomination that have no reason why the person is worthy. I'm sorry to say if you don't respond to my email by 10pm tonight with your reason that person is worthy they wont be considered. The instructions were to give a reason for your nomination so we (Toyspeed) could ponder and consider them for their achievements.
