whats the best type of lowering spring for this vehicle that still gives you a nice ride with out being to bouncy
Dobi springs
King springs
Tein springs
??

see if TRD are doing anything for them. their springs are usually very well suited to the car they are for.

2nd'd for teins, very nice, not too bouncy, just right. Doesnt sack it on its ass either.

i can say from personal experience that the TRD ones are very good for the caldina.
TEIN are also good.

kings are not worth the box they come in

My mate has the tein soft springs, the ride is very similar to stock, with better looks an handling.

you can get some 2nd hand tiens / blistens / d2's for around 600 on trademe theres some poping up all the time you would have to get a cert of course for your wof.

i got my 4 corners of teins for 600 . Sits low as a mofo and not rubbing on gaurds and is firm in the ride and also the cornering.

if it is fesible to get adjusties ( + $320 for cert ) do it once and do it right and flick off your stock shocks and springs to recop some pings

the blistens on Tardme at the mo look pretty kit

NICKGTT is running D2's from memory

I think they are all good reputable brands that Gleem listed and you wont go wrong either way

shite quality, they wont stand up to hard driving. they mainly brake on the mounts. and sometimes bent the struts,
d2, kstyle, bc, all the same shite in different colors.
get some real parts like trd,tein,jic,greedy etc.

I have been contemplating this too but have heard that lowering a 4WD can screw the suspension geometry and lead to damage or accelerated wear of parts. I would assume that this would be true in extreme cases... just wanting to lower vehicle a little, doesn't need to be dragging its exhaust everywhere... Teins are it are they?

ohh man that su#ks i think i will stick with the tein springs only. but doing so will this effect my wheel alignment (chew out the edges of my tyres) I cant afford a set of tyres every 20,000km
