3SGTE CT20b question

Just a very quick question... Do the gen 3 3SGTEs run a VSV like the gen 2's do??

They sure do. its piss easy to disconnect though. If you look down the back of the engine by the fire wall, you will see a blue,2 prong? plug. Unplug that and you disable the vsv.

Cheers guys. Im not used to being able to unplug them, on GT4s you have to remove at least the crossmembers to get to it! So i just cut the hose and blocked them off. At least now i know why i only get .5 bar in lower gears 
. Now all i need is a boost controller...
