Flatmate Wanted: Mt Wellington

I have a girl that is moving out on Saturday so will have a room available again from Sunday onwards.

Just down the road from the new Sylvia Park Shopping Centre and the Mt Wellington Shopping Centre. Bus stops on either side of the house and close to the motorway aswell.

Nice quiet street and house is down driveway at the back so nice and private and safe to park cars. OSP provided.

The house is fully furnished with Sky TV and wireless internet. Big screen TV/DVD/Stereo etc all provide.

Price is 150$/week and that's uncluding all expenses. Just need to buy your own food etc.
