Engine out job, probably 8 -10 hours labour from workshop.

Genuine clutch kit, well would have a retail over around $1400. Though Im SURE a certain toyota parts guy on here could do one for around a third that price

The reason they are so expensive is TNZ don't do a kit as such for most of the imports. If they do a kit it's cheap as.

If only the did a GZE kit :(

The OEM ST205 pressure plate is available (in a different box) from Trade Parts, BNT etc etc. Different to ST165 clutch as it is slightly uprated (has ribbed diaphram).

Thats a bit extreme. Lets say you get a toyota workshop to do it, that would be around $700-$800 labour, and a clutch kit for around $450, worst case should be $1200 or so.

I'd go with 1200 as well, but it might be a little more if some of your seals need replacing too.

May end up less, just depends how it all goes.

I have seen people with $2500 invoices for ST185 GT4 clutch replacements - parts + labour
Online Car Forums - Where Hui seems to take preference over Do-ey

HDJ81- 112AWKW @ 10psi), FC3S (Tarmac Spec 335rwhp@11psi), 3SGTE stroker - replacement body found.
