Malbourgh car club

Postby slighty_sykotic » Tue Jan 08, 2008 10:02 pm

Hey guys, whos in the malbourgh car club?

Or knows a piece of shit called Shane Roughan

http://www.trademe.co.nz/Members/Feedba ... ber=270110

This guy sold me a headlight for a wrx last year, paid for it, and it didnt turn up. I now see in his feedback that he sold the same $&#$% headlight to someone else and it didn't turn up.

Anyone got a contact number?

yup, sure did. First thing I did :)

Thanks.

I get a old stuff.co.nz article saying he won a bent sprints event run by malbourgh car club driving a wrx a while ago. Hence the car club connection

Probably doesn't answer ID restricted calls, I know lots of people (including myself) that don't.

He doesn't answer 3 different none id blocked ethier. Two numbers and a cellphone.

The number is crazy though, some times it rings and goes to voicemail after 8 or so rings, some times it picks up with silence after 2 rings and then nothing. Its real silence though, not the pick up and just don't say anything.
Then some other times it transfers to another line (can hear a click) after a few rings, and then it just rings and rings (like a landline).

I have that sort of thing with mine...

I live with almost no reception, sometimes I pickup, and it gives nothing to either end.

I also have mine set to divert to the mrs if I don't answer, or am out of coverage... you can also set it to go to a land line, so they may just have diverts setup.

Might take you up on that :) Might save me from flying down there.

Hoping to somehow contact the other trademe guy that got ripped, might as well get his money back to.

add the guy as a favourite seller, and then you can ask him questions via his auctions.

Got a phone call from aussie last night.

The guy rung me. He reckons hes back in the country today, and I should have my light by the end of the week.

He said he went to aussie on boxing day, and couldnt explain why I paid on the 12th, and it was never sent to me.

So I will see what happens. It also doesn't explain why the second guy didnt get his headlight when he brought the thing in november.

Still dodgy...
