Insurance on rental cars?

Went into a rental car company to hire a manual MR-S for my wedding day (best man complained that the bridal party had Chrysler 300Cs but we only had my BZ Touring!),

but because I'm 24 they wouldn't let me, neither will my insurance company (AMI). Has anyone had any dealings with a firm that will provide insurance on rental cars?

(they would be happy with me having the car provided I get the insurance myself)

find a different rental company!

Perhaps even a different car, something more manly :wink:

24 is such an annoying age insurance wise :x


or just get ya old man to hire it

Unfortunately that's about as manly as you get in Nelson...could always get a convertible Cynos...
