"Compared" as in performance or what?
Depends which year Civic. The later ones are heavier.
It's a different sort of power delivery with those motors. The GTZ has the supercharger for instant torque, but runs out of puff up high. The B16A will rev it's guts out all day everyday, but lacks the low down torque the GTZ can deliver.

Both have easily modified.
4AGZE can be turboed quite easily, or pulley kits, intercoolers, exhaust etc.
B16A has a wide range of mods available, from bigger cams, exhaust, right through to forced induction as well, or a B18 or H22 swap.

a 4agze with a larger pulley is way more fun than a basically modded b16a tho.

Personally, I love the low down torque of the 4AGZE. My AW11 MR2 had a Cusco 14psi pulley kit on it and it haulled arse!
You didn't need to rev the guts out of it to pass cars, but would still love to rev out if I felt the urge.

Also depends which GTZ, AE92 or AE101?

Trueno is probably more aerodynamic than a Levin though (when talking about ae92's)... so probably more aerodynamic than a civic.

140hp ae92 vs 160 odd civic?

or 160 odd ae101 vs civic?

Is the civic manual?

What model civic?

Are they stock standard?

Is this around a race track or a drag strip or how much groceries you can fit in each?

Power vs weight?

Do they have lsd's?

WHAT ARE YOU ACTUALLY COMPARING?

Its a 1993 Honda Civic SIR B16A with LSD 4 door sedan, not sure on the stats of the trueno other than its a ae101, was just comparing basic performance as in round a track or down the strip

honda would win i'd say, ae101 gtzs suck in std form. if it was a ae92 trueno would be bit closer but honda would win, stock for stock

Yeah, my gze just has an exhaust, 14 pound kit and bluetop cams, and I'd take that over my mates civic. Mine is just more fun to drive.

Plus you gota love that whine
