I just had a quick google, mlracing.co.nz seem to sell defi stuff, and I know they're based in Auckland, not sure if they have a physical shop though? Driven Performance sell defi-style black face electronic gauges if its just the look you're after.

"PK Auto Elec" sells them...there shop is in Penrose.
They also do uber installs of anything too! (just hope you have an open cheque book)
