You could be pleasantly surprised! Besides, it's not like everyone has a 400kw supra, you'll probably find most of the people there just have a lightly modified car like yourself.

Come on Nathan, join me in the lightly modded 2JZ class :P, besides you can blame low numbers on your torque converter :D.

Sounds like there will be quite a few more cars turning up this year, im definately in.

if can afford to bring both (or any) then there will be the mrs running the aristo in the 2j class, so that could get interesting

dyno is out for me though, too much money to just get a number...

Definately have to bring atleast 1 of your cars Johnny, i'd actually be quite interested in seeing what the 1JZ can spin up on the dyno :D.

yep, lots of interest this time round, probably cause its been awhile.

The aim is for this suprafest to return it to an annual event with the possibility of taking it elsewhere in future.

should be good...

just gotta make sure mine will be ready 8O

Hi Guys

The dyno shoot out is comfirmed. Sat 31st May (in east tamaki)
8:30 for the first run (need some early people)
total cost is $50, this includes a print out of power, torque, air/fuel and boost if applicable. It also includes drinks and a bbq onsite.

At this point in time we can have a max of about 48 cars. so first in first served.

I will be requiring a deposit of $20 per car to be paid asap.

This is open to rwds only.

Any questions, please email to me at M_adair@xtra.co.nz

thanks again

What kind of times can we run?
I know its "SUPRAFEST" - but maybe it'd be good for the crowds to see if someone like the Buckleys (Nyle with his Corona and Dale with his MKIV) with their pro imports?

Just a thought....I mean its supposed to be a club day, but maybe this could get the event really up and running and into magazines etc etc??
