Yes Jooce, i mean you.

Warning to you all, Do not trade with this member.

He backs out of deals and then tries to lie about it.

Poor boys' dog got hit by a car so he can't pay for the silvertop 20v exhaust he brought off me on trade me.. <insert tui slogan here>

pity he made THIS POST which shows that the real reason is that he brought another one elsewhere.

If he'd at least had the balls to be honest about it I wouldn't be doing this.

i had a guy go half feral at me because the $40 wheels and warrantable tyre packge cost him more than he expected to freight, he didn't back out though.

i recieved my first negative feedback last week with this explaination:
"slow at payment been a month still havent payed and hardly no emails"

pretty hard to pay someone without an account number to deposit into!!
his parents (who owned the item i was trying to buy) made contact while his was out, and i should finally get the item.
I've been a bad bad boy. I should read the rules and behave before I get spanked by an admin

f#@k you i won't do what ya tell me

hey you guys are more than welcome to check my feedback, i offered to refund his auction fees. got some blacktop extractors for $30 cheaper and they were local too, also didnt get charged an EXTRA $35 bucks for the 2-1 section like you tried to do. its all good, life goes on and i hope one day you will get over it.

Not his problem if you found them cheaper else where, you brought them. Why piss him around over 30 bucks?

I can see valid arguments from both parties here. Fair enough to find something cheaper / local / better. But not fair enough to pull out once you have accepted a price / goods.

better way to have handled the situation would have been to continue buying the auction then sell it on. that way you're not messing someone around.

Probably 1/8th my fault as I recommended blacktop over silvertop and thought $35 for a 2-1 section was a bit much. (Also said tho that $75? was a fair price overall) I DIDN'T know however silvertop ones were already bought, till now

trademe ftw

yip so i pulled out of an auction and got bad feedback because of it, theres my punishment. its all good i can accept that, and i wont be cynical and give him bad feedback just to be a c**t like most ppl do. so i cant see any reason why there should be a whole thread devoted to this..

possibly to warn others that there are pathetic excuses for backing out of legitimate deals.
don't get too upset, there are plenty worse than you on Trade Me, the very reason i won't deal in the north island , unless it's someone i know of from associated sources.

At least one mod thinks if damn rude to pull out of an auction because you found a better deal and would like this to be in view for a while.

anyone would think the world is doomed the way you people are carrying on.

its not like he ripped someone off.

I had someone pull out of an auction a couple weeks back for a whole car!! was just an instant blacklist and relist, no point having a cry about it imo

Yep, you stuffed up and people should know not to trade with you in future.

You should've paid for the items you bought and then resold them if you no longer required them, that's the decent thing to do. Coming up with pathetic excuses and backing out of a deal shows just what you true character is

seconded. he made an error of judgement and has already paid by being ripped to bits.
i don't know the guy, but at least he managed to get CHCH members to band together for an afternoon for a meet and cruise.
