DYNO RESULTS!!

Postby tsoob » Thu Feb 28, 2008 5:26 pm

Thanks to Mark from tricky tune after 4 runs on his dynapack last night we managed to run 194.2 killerwatts at the hubs on 16.74 psi boost, we ran up 208kw but it had a slight noise in the head that was not good so have gone with 194 as the final tune. It is a completly new animal to drive now but my gear box is really showing its age.

Nice nick nearly as much power as my old car. Even if I had a smaller turbo than you :P

You must be stoked with having it going again.

yeah its awesome to drive albiet a little scary at times. I managed to blow one of the casting plugs out of the head las night and blew oil all over my shiny engine bay :( i have had a great day today boosting everywhere i go, my tyres will not last long, i think ill try some f1's next time have toyo t1r on there now it will light up in second and occasionally third will go but i usually run out of road 100ks in second yeah baby.
The gear box is mud so if anyone has a brand new set of scynchros and gears and a lsd they want to give away please post here

well done dude!!

got any more detail specs? keen to compare it to mine to see the diffs.

my old set-up would have been lucky to get 110kw and that was fun (but laggy) enough to drive.

its probably the perfect turbo for my engine size it sounds sick when it hits full boost like a race car!!
