hey has anyone here got a car transported here from aus? who did you use and how much did it cost?

We had a customer bring a VS commy from auzzie cause she loved it so much and they wouldnt comply it here as it didnt meet the NZ standards...we tried to point out that it was the same cars that are on NZ roads but typical LTNZ knows better and said no to complying it.

We even pointed out that lots of people import other cars from auzzie (and showed them to LTNZ) but they still refuse to this day to give it compliance.

Just make sure you do some homework with ltnz before you pay for it to come over....if you want to drive it on the road that is.

Yes, do ring an entry certifier (VTNZ VINZ AA Onroad) to make sure it is going to be road legal, because otherwise you'll bring in an expensive lawn ornament like the person above because they didn't do their homework first.
