Its a shame that the majority of what we can watch here is really just V8's and F1. Even WRC just gets a short segment. Although last years NZ Rally Championship was quite well covered.

we can hope that it will eventually all be available via the internet, like radio is now. Not as in a video down;oad, but live channels.

If there was a dedicated motorsport channel with the correct cross section of content (not just rally, f1 and v8s, but some imports, club level hill climbs, tarmac rallies, drift events, even footage from open days!) then IMO it would be well worth a sky subscription just for that alone.

At present I won't pay for sky because I don't sit on my ass in front of the TV enough to justify the cost (although my ass begs to differ)... but hell even if I only watched an hour a week or something I wanted to see it would be worth doing (my VCR would probably be running non-stop the rest of the time)
